Privacy Policy

Mecot World is an art gallery and store operated by Salvator Technology (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use mecotworld.art, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only collect what we need to run the gallery and fulfil your requests:

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address and message you submit.
• Orders. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and the details of the items you order. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
• Account and sign-in. If you sign in with Google or link your email, we receive your email address and a basic Google account identifier and display name. We use this only to verify your identity and to show you your own orders.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider logs standard, aggregated technical information (such as requested pages and browser type) to keep the site secure and reliable.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To process, pack and ship your orders and to send related confirmations.
• To verify your identity when you sign in or access your order history.
• To protect the site against abuse and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

You can optionally sign in with your Google account. When you do, Google shares your email address, your account identifier and your basic profile name with us. We request only the scopes needed to confirm your identity ( openid, email and profile). We do not access your Gmail, files, contacts or any other Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

We share information only with the providers that make the store work, and only as needed:

• Our web host, who stores the site and its data.
• Our payment provider, to process payments securely.
• Our email delivery provider, to send transactional messages such as order confirmations.
• Google, when you choose to sign in with a Google account.

We keep enquiry and order records only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us at Mecotworld@gmail.com.

Our gallery and store are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and material changes will be reflected here.
